I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years now and throughout my career as a personal trainer, professional strength and conditioning coach and fitness business owner, I have had the pleasure to work with a wide range of athletes, people and professional clubs
Whether you are getting ready for the season, maintaining your fitness or you want to start, I am here to take you there. After your assessment questionnaire I will add you as an athlete to my online software, design your plan with your unique needs and goals, and we will then have an online face to face chat to run through it all. Remember, the name of the game is consistency and this is the key to success. Never compromise recovery to gain fitness. It simply does not work I look forward to meeting you |
