Meet your Performance Coach - Steve Bannister

I have been a Performance Coach for the past 6 years and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 16 years. Throughout my career as a personal trainer, professional strength and conditioning coach and fitness business owner, I have had the pleasure to work with a wide range of professional and senior amateur athletes, motivated people striving towards their goals and I have worked in professional clubs.

Whether you are getting ready for the season, maintaining your fitness or you want to start, I am here to take you there. After your Athlete assessment questionnaire I will add you as an athlete to my online software, design your plan with your unique needs and goals, and we will then have an online face to face chat to run through it all. 


Remember, the name of the game is consistency and this is the key to success. Never compromise recovery to gain fitness. It simply does not work

How It Works

Step 1. Lifestyle Questionnaire

An in-depth questionnaire that will help Steve (your online Coach) to get to know you, what goals you aspire to and also to assess your exercise history. This information will allow Steve to plan a starting point and give you any specific testing criteria to be carried out to establish your training zones, training loads and understand how you perform as one of our Online Athletes.

Step 2. Skype or Zoom Consultation

Upon receiving your questionnaire, Steve (Coach) will get in touch to schedule a face-to-face online consultation where you will chat through your goals, motivations and your available training environments so we can agree a plan of action and establish your starting point as one of our Online Athletes.

Step 3. Programme Prescription

This is where Steve (Coach) does his thing. You will have been given the simple steps to download and sign up to the Coaching app (Today's Plan). Once you are all set up, Steve shall then request you as one of his Athletes and get to work adding your training sessions in to your weekly calendar.

Step 4. Consultations and Feedback

Steve (Coach) will be in touch with you almost everyday. Checking in on how you are doing and following up your feedback scores and comments you leave after each training session At the end of each week, Steve will assess how the week has gone and run over the next planned week of sessions with you over a face-to-face online meeting.

Tier 1 Coaching
£325 / month

My Tier 1 Coaching option is for the serious Athlete. Either you are a current or striving Age Grouper who wants to excel to the next level and make some beneficial changes to your current training plan. You will receive the following support:
  • A full week of customised session planning uploaded for you 2 weeks ahead of time
  • Detailed session by session analysis & feedback 
  • Unlimited changes to your weekly training plan
  • Weekly 20min 'Coach Call' sessions over Zoom reviewing previous and upcoming weeks - bookable via Calendly
  • Regular contact support; calls, texts, emails​​
Subscribe for £325/m

Tier 2 Coaching
£175 / month

​My Tier 2 Coaching option allows Athletes more flexibility in their week. This support option is for you if you are either; struggling to fit training time in amongst a busy week. You are happy with your current training week but you would like guidance to drive performance, or you simply would like a Coach but at more of an affordable option.
  • A full week of customised session planning uploaded for you 1 week ahead of time
  • Feedback & analysis on 2 key sessions each week 
  • 1 training plan update per week
  • 1 x 20min 'Coach Call' sessions over Zoom reviewing previous and upcoming weeks every 3 weeks - bookable via Calendly 
  • Limited weekly contact support; calls, texts, emails
