Muscle Fibre TestingWe're not all made of the same stuff. Some of us are type 1 muscle fibre dominant like endurance runners and cyclists. Other's are naturally more type 2b muscle fibre dominant like the typical Arnold Schwarzeneggers. Different muscle fibre types respond to training in different ways. We find out your fibre type to ensure you get the best possible training and closer to your goal much quicker.

1:1- Personal TrainingYou will meet with a personal trainer 2/3 times a week to participate in your ever evolving workout programme. Your workouts will be based around the information gathered in your consultation. Workouts won't be horrible and too difficult, instead you will enjoy them form the comfort of an air conditioned personal trainer and client only gym. No Members!!
