Silje AubertI am so happy I got Steve as my coach last summer. I have been running/exercising since I was a kid, but felt I had really plateaued which is why I was looking for a training coach. Steve has been amazing at keeping me going through injuries and illness! Through his extensive experience he has the ability to understand my limitations whilst pushing me to continuously improve. And considering we are doing this virtually and via zoom calls I am very impressed. It has made a big difference for me to have a structured strength training program I can easily do at home in addition to running. Ashley PrescottI had one of those eureka moments this morning after jumping on the scales this morning and i'm down to 12 stone 1lb. Thats 16lbs loss since jan ‘21 when I started the training. I’ve never been able to consistently chip away at the beer belly before with this much success so thank you Steve for keeping me focused whilst we are in lockdown. Rich WatersWhat a difference a year makes! Well with the world in lockdown I decided I needed to get a grip of my health & diet and started running. The usual thing happened where I trained too hard and struggled after 6 months. I noticed a few posts on Facebook about running times and decided to delve a little further. I joined the private Athlete Facebook group 6 weeks ago, just before Xmas, and have followed the mobility, strength and running sessions as close to Steve’s guidance as possible. I have now lost 10kg, since March 2020, and feel stronger and more energised than I have for a long time. I look forward to my first test week and trust Steve’s guidance via his messages and zoom calls to get me to the level I want to be." |
