About

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years I am here to help you recover from injury, get out of pain and improve the way you can move to achieve the goals that are important to you.
 
I have worked with a wide range of athletes including International Ladies Rugby Union teams and I am fortunate enough to currently work with some elite level athletes in Ultra Running and Ironman/Triathlon.
 
Sport is my passion and getting people back playing the sport they love and excelling within that sport is the driving force behind why I am a Sports Therapist. I have a particular interest in working with golfers and making their game as good as it can be by improving their body to deal with the demands of golf.
 
Having played Rugby, Football and Cricket to a high level I appreciate the demands that sport has on the body and the desire to get back to sport as quicky and as safely as possible.
 
We see every injury not only as a chance to rehab well but to assess and improve the way we move. Building a more robust and resilient athlete.
