AboutMy background spans over 10 years in the health and Fitness industry, working closely with clients to build strength, improve movement quality, and develop a body that feels strong, capable, resilient, and supported in everyday life. I offer 121 Personal Training, Pilates, Embodied movement sessions, and longer term Coaching.
Personal Training sessions are delivered and focused on developing strength, structure, and physical confidence through intelligent, progressive training. Sessions are tailored to the individual. Pilates sessions support joint health, build core strength, are injury preventing, and produce a more connected way of moving and living. Alongside physical training, I also work with clients in longer term coaching that support change beyond the session itself. This coaching work helps clients build greater awareness, self regulation, integration, supporting how they relate to their bodies, themselves, and the people around them. Clients often describe this work as extending beyond physical results. How they relate to themselves and to those around them. The work goes beyond fitness, supporting fundamental shifts in how people inhabit their bodies and lives. Qualifications
