I am particularly passionate about female fitness and helping women understand how strength training, movement and balanced nutrition can transform their bodies and confidence. As a Certified Menopause Coach, I specialise in guiding women through the unique physical and hormonal changes that come with midlife — helping them build muscle, improve bone health and boost cardiovascular fitness for long-term well-being. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with a plan that’s realistic, evidence-based and empowering.
